  • Suggest appropriate repairs or renovations
  • Obtain and submit bids for repairs or renovations

  • Send copy of signed contract to Lender
  • Arrange for and monitor loan processing
  • Inform Lender of appraisal requirements
  • Monitor all contingencies in agreement
  • Report any problems immediately
  • Advise the asset manager when closing is scheduled.
  • Coordinate the closing.
  • Send HUD-1 via FAX or electronic transmission for review and approval.
  • Submit all final bills for payment.
